? 结合计算神经学，机器学习等，开发类脑计算相关所需的算法，网络模型；
? 构建类脑计算所需的新一代计算机体系架构，使其发挥出类脑计算所蕴含的高能效比，高鲁棒性等优势；
? 负责类脑芯片的硬件开发，评估；
? 与公司内外的团队进行交流合作，挖掘类脑计算（芯片）的适用领域和业务模型；
? Develop neuromorphic computing algorithms and networks by drawing from state-of-the-art computational neuroscience and machine learning understanding.
? Define and develop high energy efficient and robust neuromorphic computer architectures, the third generation of AI chip.
? Responsible for neuromorphic hardware development and evaluation.
? Collaborate with internal and external teams to explore the application fields for neuromorphic computing.

? 计算机科学，微电子工程，计算神经学等相关专业博士；
? 深入理解深度学习、机器学习或神经元启发的算法和应用；
? 有扎实的芯片架构，微架构设计及评估能力；
? 有脉冲神经网络建模经验优先考虑，有类脑计算硬件开发经验者更佳；
? 熟练掌握Python、C++、Matlab等一种或多种编程语言；
? 良好的沟通及团队合作能力；
? PhD in Computer Science, Microelectronic Engineering, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
? Deep understanding of deep learning, machine learning, or neuron-inspired algorithms and applications.
? Solid knowledge of hardware architecture, micro-architecture design and evaluation.
? Experience in modeling spiking neural networks and neuromorphic hardware development a strong plus.
? Expertise in Python and/or C++ and/or Matlab with the ability to design and write quality code.
? Great skill in cross-team communication.
