Job Scope:

1.Strategic Planning
1)Assist in formulation, development and implementation of company strategy
2)Assist in business review, including monthly report, QBR and Yearly Review
3)Assist in preparing a variety of management reports
4)Develop business analysis with a variety of management purpose

2.Marketing & Communication
1)Develop and execute sponsorship programs and other global / regional initiatives, work closely with global / regional marketing team
2)Organize and execute marketing and branding activities to promote Aon-COFCO presence throughout the country, cover both brand promotion and public communication
3)Provide marketing support for business lines to enhance their marketing effectiveness. This might include: conference/event participation support, marketing collateral development, etc
4)Other tasks and projects as required.

Requirement:

1.Over three years experience relevant to Strategic Planning or Marketing & Communications or Business Analysts or Underwriting or Claim Adjuster within P&C insurance industry. Working experience in Global insurers / brokers is a plus
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in Commercial or Insurance. MBA is preferred
3.Strong presentation skills, including preparing outstanding presentation documents. TTT certificate is a plus
4.Stable, active and self-motivated, logical and analytical, work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
5.Good command of English and Chinese, especially in bilingual business writing
