Responsibility;

Send statement to customer, follow up outstanding, updated payment status 给客户发账单、追款以及更新回款状况

Handle collection entries, prepare cash flow forecast and arrange fund remittance 和代理对账，根据付款明细审核及上传收款金额到财务系统, 准备现金流报表，安排资金汇款

Follow up elsewhere at HK payments, include printing & sending debit note to client, follow up payment, reply query from POD agent，跟进付款地到香港的收款，包括但不限于给客户发账单，跟进收款状况，回复目的港代理的各种疑问

Arrange vendor payments，给供应商结款

Issue tax invoice, in charge of tax declaration and prepare Financial Reports 开具***、申报税款，准备各种财务报表

Prepare KPI report and explain related details 根据总公司的要求，准备KPI数据，解释KPI报表

Requirements:

1. Tertiary College or above, major in accounting or related subject; 大专学历或以上，财务或相关专业

   Good command of English;具备一定的英语能力

2. Skillful at MS Office, especially in Excel & Outlook; 熟悉办公软件、特别是Excel & Outlook

3. Have positive working attitude, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure; 工作态度积极、认真负责，能承受一定压力

4. Good communication skills, willing to learn, good team player;沟通能力良好，愿意学习，有团队合作精神
