The role’s key functions cover:
Managing coordination with group on the 964 XJ bulk sale.
Daily tracking payment and system status of the cars.
Final check consistency between system dispatch destination and actual dispatch destination, report if inconsistency found for taking further actions.
Manually called over for dispatching cars VIN by VIN.
Education Qualification
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience or Skills required
Good communication skills within the team and outside – actively listening and negotiation
Project management skill
Specialized Knowledge or Skills required
Good communication skills within the team and outside – actively listening and negotiation
Excellent PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent English language, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and ability to take the initiative
Detail oriented and be accountable
Customer focused and work in a team environment.
