Job Responsibilities:

  Assist  in developing, implementing, and executing the companies supply chain initiatives with focus on project management, logistics and vendor on-time delivery.

  1.Primary responsibility for Purchase Ordermanagementto drive relentless focus and organizational execution to ensure on time and in full delivery.

  2.Update and maintain NetSuite ERP System with all vendor ETD data.

  3. Update and maintain NetSuite ERP System with freight and logistics data.

  4. Work with Purchasing, Engineering and Quality teams to manage project launches to plan and objectives by ensuringall timing and quality commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances.

   5.  Verify all BoMs with packaging vendor (GPA) and also manage all customer needed deliverables for project launches, including First Article Inspection (FAI)/Planogram (POG) samples.

   6. Communicate with Sr. Souring Manager as necessary to ensure adequate and on-time supply and allocation.

   7. Develop negotiation strategies that deliver to business objectives and establish/maintainsustainable relationships with suppliers.

   8. Monitor and directly impact supplier behavior and activities to maintain continuous improvement within the suppliers lead time and services to the business.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
2. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  3. Strong analytical skills (MS-Excel proficiency required)

  4. Strong project management skills/experience

  5. Experience working in mobile accessory industry highly desired

  6. Must have incredible attention to detail and ability to balance several simultaneous initiatives effectively

  7. Ability to operate under pressure and make good decisions on the fly

  8. Able and willing to work off normal work hours as necessary to support the business

  9. Bachelor's Degree in related field

  10. Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier facing skills, Logistics, Project Management
