JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support continuous quality improvement on sustain product and production process for incoming component and product quality
? Interface with process engineering, operations, and external vendors to ensure incoming component and final product quality
? Facilitate quality-based activities report for product to measure product/process performance for OEM manufacturer
? Prepare engineering change document and corrective action report for sustain product improvement and/or modification
? Work with external vendor to improve product price/quality/performance on regular basis
? Work directly with Manufacturing Operations and Product Development Engineering to assist in new product introductions and mass production ramp up
? Prepare necessary document and information for new product launch
? Monitor new product progress from concept stage to mass production

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? BS or MS in Engineering or Science
? 5 days' work in Huizhou
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
? 5+ years in high volume manufacturing
? 5+ years in quality engineering
? Must have a "whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done (this may mean working long hours, nights, etc.)
? In-depth understanding of quality engineering principles
? Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage change and implement solutions
? Focus on innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong Attention to detail
