MAIN TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Stage 1 (+/-6 months)
Admnistrative work
? Audit Reports reception and revision within established timelines.
? CAP creation and communication to supplier/ factory/ HO S.C. team per email templates.
? Charts update-Vendor Master List, Kohls List.
? Support in supplier start-up: Open files, Self-Assessment, etc.
? Research on new trends/ situations in country, i.e. power outage, gov't implication.
Communication
? Notice to HO S.C. team of major findings.
? CAP follow ups with suppliers/ factories per email & recommendation templates.
? Audit activities per templates: Request Factory Info Form, schedule with 3rd party, notify vendor, send pre-48h reminder, post-24h follow up.
Stage 2 (with Stage 1 on going)
Factory visits
? Conduct visits for APS: pre-submit compliance level assessment.
? Audit follow ups, CAP completion validation of corrections.
? Pre-audit visits, support HO in assignment of factory priority for full audits.
Supplier/ Fty Management training
? Support supplier/ fty in remediation and best practices implementation.
? Conduct rounds of training per Social Compliance topics.

REQUIREMENTS/ EXPERIENCE/ QUALITIES

General requirements
? Office work, administration experience, ideally in a Corporate environment
? Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
? Excellent communication skills, Chinese & English, spoken & written
? Ability to travel in short notice

Social Compliance
? Social Audit experience (any level, minimum of exposure to process & terminology)
? Knowledge of National laws, Int'l standards, ILO
? Desire to learn and attend training seminars
? Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to different target audiences
