1、负责团队内的项目及店铺的整体风格和页面的创意设计，强化视觉体验；

2、负责店铺日常推广，直通车、钻展、等其它营销活动的平面设计；

3、有思路的针对店铺的爆款优化宝贝描述，挖掘产品卖点，提高页面访问深度和提升宝贝转化率；

4、负责公司图片拍摄产品优化等；

5、能与运营、品牌经理良好沟通，共同挖掘产品的卖点与亮点，提高产品亮点、使商品描述更具吸引力；

6、熟练掌握品牌表现的各种美术创意表现形式，充分理解公司意图，确保作品质量和原创性 ；

7、善于思考，能主动提出设计方案，并敢于提出设计中存在的问题；

8、负责店铺协调，确保各活动工作顺利完成；

9、工作严谨细心，有团队意识，责任感强；热爱设计工作，具有合作和创新精神并善于沟通交流，听从上级领导的安排。

任职要求：

1、美术、设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上平面设计相关从业经验，其中至少3年电商行业工作经历；会摄影，会手绘插图，c4d页面制作等能力优秀者可优先考虑；

3、有良好的创意设计能力及美术功底, 色彩感强，构思独特，风格鲜明；

4、精通Photoshop\Dreamweaver\Illustrator等设计软件，对视觉效果有较好认识；

5、学习能力强，较强的创意、策划能力，沟通能力，良好的文字表达能力，思维敏捷，并对工作有很强的责任感；

6、有良好的团队合作意识和抗压能力，乐于配合或安排他人共同完成工作，能适应一定程度的加班。
