BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 职位基本目标

• Ensure SZ plant 100% compliance in wastewater, air emission, boundary noise, hazardous waste and related treatment system working in good condition 确保废水、废气、厂界噪声、危险废弃物系统正常运行，并100%符合当地法规要求

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

• In charge of wastewater treatment facility (WWT), air emission scrubber system operation, maintenance and record keeping 负责废水处理站、废气处理系统的操作、维护和相关记录的保持

• Study, maintain and improve WWT, air emission system to make them working stable 研究和改善废水废水处理系统，确保环保设施运行稳定

• Work with production and other department to learn the wastewater generation process and air emission source, fully understand the original water and air condition 与生产部门或其它相关部门合作，了解废水和废气产生的工艺流程， 全面掌握原水和废气的状况和异常原因

• Daily monitoring the final wastewater quality against the discharge standard to ensure the wastewater fully comply with standard. Activate the emergency response plan if any issue observed每日检测废水总排口的水质，确保废水达标排放；发现异常立即启动应急反应计划

• Daily check the air emission scrubber system status to ensure the system working stable 每日检查废气处理系统的运行状态

• Daily check the on-line monitoring system and record the parameters, any issue report to EHS managers and contact the outsource vendor to repair immediately 每日检查废水在线监测系统并记录所有的参数，发现任何异常立上报EHS经理或联系维护商维修

• Daily check the chemical storage to ensure label, MSDS, lighting, exhaust fan and CCTV in good condition每日检查废水站药品暂存房的安全状况，确保化学品的标签、MSDS，照明，通风和视频监控系统正常

• Conduct annual WWT facility emergency response exercise to verify the emergency preparedness 定期举行废水站应急反应演练，以检验应急准备是否充分有效

• Participate in the ISO14001 management system 参与ISO14001环境管理体系的工作

Education教育

• College or Bachelor of chemistry, environment and related 化学、环境及相关专业， 专科学历以上

Experience or skills required经验和技能要求

• Hold qualified wastewater treatment facility certificate 持有废水站操作资格证

• 5+ years working experience of wastewater treatment facility operation or management. 5年以上废水站运营或管理工作经验

• Solid EHS knowledge on wastewater treatment, air scrubber, hazardous waste and other EHS area 扎实的废水处理、废气处理、危险废弃物管理和相关的EHS知识

• ISO14001/ISO45001 internal auditor will be preferable 持有ISO14001和ISO45001内审员证书优先考虑

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with AutoCAD 会操作办公软件和绘图软件
