职位描述

岗位职责:
1.保持前台日常运作,电话接听与接转;
2.接待访客并记录,管理通行证;
3.接收快递并通知员工按时领取,管理邮费,本地/国外快递费支出;
4.管理协助会议室预订及使用;
5.确保前台、会议室等公共区域的定期打扫;
6.订购办公用品及福利礼品(办公文具、食品柜、药柜等),处理财务报销;
7.根据需要协助餐饮安排,活动策划和订餐;
8.更新通讯录;
9.协助支持主管或客户需求的其他行政工作。
岗位要求:
1.良好的英语听说读写能力;
2.大专及以上学历,良好沟通交流能力;
3.熟练使用MS Office办公软件;
4.有较强服务意识;(无论何时,都愿意以自己最美的形象面对访客~~)
5.有一年以上行政前台/客户服务/设施管理工作经验。

RESPONSIBILITIES

TheReceptionist will support the sub-regional Facility Manager in managing thefacilities as well as being the first point of contract for all visitors andinternal staff.

Receptionist

1. Greetexternal visitor and internal staff with high degree of professionalism andcourtesy;

2. Answeringincoming call and receiving incoming mails;

3. Sortand distribute all incoming mail and overnight packages;

4. Handlewalk-in enquiries, guest wireless assistance and visitor pass;

5. Actas administrator for conference rooms throughout the portfolio;

6. Ensureconference rooms are cleaned on a regularly scheduled basis;

7. Assistwith catering setups, event planner and ordering, as required;

8. Managepostage, local/ foreign courier in and out;

9. Inventoryand stocking of office and tea point supplies, where applicable;

10. Maintainup-to-date Emergency contract information list with work, home and cell numbers;

11. Facilitatesupply of office stationery, pantry supplies, stock medicine cabinets and etc。

Requirements

1. MinimumO level/ Diploma with relevant working experience in Customer Services /Helpdesk is highly preferred;

2. Proficientin MS Office Applications;

3. Adaptto communicate and engage with people from various cultures, background andlevels;

4. Attributessuch as ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and sense ofurgency with a “can do” attitude is a must Possesses client relationshipexperience;

5. Knowledgein one of the major core areas of facility management or corporate real estate Possessesgood coordination, organization and communication skill;

6. Comfortablein multi-tasking and meets with deadlines whenever required。
