工作职责：

1. 在线对退保客户进行挽留，并将发现的问题反馈给项目；

2. 对需要购买保险的客户推荐二次推荐

3. 对有疑议的客户在线安抚并有效解决；

4. 负责达成公司接通率和挽留成功率等KPI的要求；

5. 提供给客户热情、专业、准确、周到的服务，确保客户满意。

任职要求：

1. 文化程度：大学专科以上，保险或金融相关专业优先考虑（特别优秀的可适当放宽）；

2. 必备专业知识：具备一定的保险基础知识，掌握客服及销售知识；

3. 相关工作经验：有客服或销售经验，从事过银行客户经理人、信用卡销售、基金销售、证券销售、信托销售以及其他行业市场销售经验者优先；

薪资福利：

1.底薪4200+提成（新人综合收入6-8k）年底双薪，年终奖，每年有一次调薪机会（5%-17%），目前岗位最高底薪6700

2.入职购买六险一金；带薪年假、病假；工作满一年，每年一次免费体检机会

上班时间：

两个班次：上午8:30-5点 中午11点-晚上8点 双休
