Job responsibilities:

·         Point of contact for all quality issues for BMZ China

·         Support Product Quality Supervisor during customer audits

• Definition of quality KPIs, objectives, establish and implement the quality management procedures and organize quality activities (including software, hardware testing and product testing of researching products);
• Solve supplier quality problems, including customer complaints, to correct measures and continuous improvement;
• Responsible for monitoring the quality system and directing the production to control the daily production process;
• Guide the quality department to collect, transmit, communicate and provide necessary information to relevant data;
• Responsible for supplier's technology, quality assessment and guidance, improve the supplier's technical and quality management level, and ensure the quality of incoming materials;
• Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Establishes raw material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements; conferring and negotiating with suppliers; devising testing methods and procedures.
• Establishes in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
• Establishes standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
• Establishes rework standards by devising inspection and physical testing methods and procedures.
• Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Fluent in spoken English
• Management experience in quality management of large manufacturing enterprises such as battery industry or electronic industry
• Professional knowledge of electronic products, such as LCD, PCBA, TP structure, etc.
• Familiar with the quality requirements of lithium battery, power supply, charger and related products and also plastic injection parts (Molding etc.)
