深圳招聘

岗位职责：

1、负责处理日常行政事物和人事招聘工作；

2、来访人员的接待、快递签发、文件处理；

3、负责员工的招聘、入职离职、转正、晋升等手续的办理；

4、负责考勤系统维护、每月考勤核算；

5、负责员工社保的办理与社保的其他相关工作；

6、负责公司日常行政工作（办公用品采购等）；

7、协助各类集体活动的筹办；

8、领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，20岁—30岁之间，形象良好，具备2年以上相关人事行政工作经验；

2、人力资源、工商管理、行政管理、心理学等相关专业，有人力资源相关证书者优先；

3、熟悉行政、人事、后勤等日常管理；

4、细心、认真，责任心强、良好的沟通能力、服务意识；

5、能熟练使用办公软件，熟悉劳动法等相关法律法规。

薪酬：月薪3.5K—5.5K

上班时间：大小周，早九晚六，午休1小时

上班地点：深圳市华强北赛格广场11楼夹层写字楼
