Responsibilities
? Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to fill open positions at all levels
? Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and build a robust talent pipeline
? Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy
? Set up company entire campus recruitment and employer branding strategy
? Roll out all corporate marketing planning through various channels including but not limited online WeChat, LinkedIn promotion, campus talk, and so on.
? Be recognized for innovation in Talent Acquisition, a core member of the TA team to build and develop the innovative, technology-oriented digital recruitment platform by utilizing diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment
? Work in a demanding and fast-paced industry at the heart of digital, data, analytics, content and technology where change is a constant.

Requirements

? Bachelor degree and above
? About 8 + years work experience in TA/HR function, with proven record in managing strategic projects in complex MNC environment.
? Experienced in supporting commercial and digital functions in retail, FMCG or Pharm industry with good track record.
? Fluent English and Mandarin
? Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
