职位描述
主要职责:
1. 工作计划的制定与实施
根据公司的人力资源规划制定本职位的月/季/年度工作计划,以确保各项工作按照计划落实与执行到位。
2. 依据SOP确立并维护招聘渠道
为了达到预期的招聘效果,使招聘渠道量化、优化,定期开辟其他有效的招聘途径,例如:赶集网、百姓网、58同城等全国各地的网站。
3. 依据SOP执行招聘实施
在招聘过程中,严格依据招聘SOP、用人标准规范进行操作。
4. 招聘分析
了解招聘途径的有效性,进一步优化招聘过程,定期对招聘渠道,招聘方法,招聘效果进行分析。
5. 终端招聘技巧培训
了解终端招聘渠道及流程,组织培训终端招聘技巧,确保招聘的时效性及准确性。
6. 人才库的建设
为了确保终端工作的高效开展,同时减少人才供应链的断层,采取定期维护简历库,(中后期强化内部人才选拔、内部人才培养体系)以达到公司人才库多样性、稳定性、成长性的终极目标
7. 招聘成本控制
定期对招聘渠道、途径、效果进行分析,选择有效、高速且成本最低化的途径以达到招聘成本的控制。
8. 上级交办的其他任务
岗位要求:
1、熟悉服装行业终端运营管理
2、对终端人员招聘配置有很好的理解和工作方法
3、熟悉各种终端人员渠道
4、2年以上终端运营、督导管理岗位或人力资源招聘工作经验(服装行业)
5、能适应一定量的出差

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country.
