1 Participate in translation of market need to technical requirements in the mechanical domain
2 Provide concept solutions to technical requirements
3 Verify the concepts by applying domain specific methodology (e.g. structural and dynamic simulation, material analysis etc)
4 Secure compliance to technical requirements through ownership of EV, Engineering Verification, of the component, module or system
5 Secure viable supply of component, module or system (i.e. set manufacturing method, sourcing strategy etc)
6??Detail design by 2D drawings and requested meta data (i.e. full PDM, product data management, ownership?
7 Maintain PLM, product lifecycle management, ownership of component, module or system????
8 Act as domain responsible in projects
9 Work processes in above listed areas
Direct responsibilities including quality, environment, health & safety
10 Usage of CAD tool (2019: SolidWorks)
11 Usage of D-FMEA tool
12 Usage of BCA sustainability framework
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1 A practical approach to concept development
2 Experience from design of tool-based plastic, sheet metal, micro mechanics??
3 Preferably you come from working with consumer products or other regulated and well-structured business areas such as for example the automotive industry
4??You have an academic degree within engineering
5 Fluent in both written- and oral English
