Description
:
a. Develop and maintain productive working relations with direct counterparts and key influencers in the customer base.(Harman, SAIC and other local customers, etc)
b. Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
c. Initiate, close and report design-in programs and identify new projects in co-ordination with Global Key Account Team and BU and other related team.
d. Participates in setting the account budget. Drive sales and order fulfillment to achieve budget.
e. Facilitates and support contract negotiations
f. Prepare forecasts related product demand (Short Term Planning/Mid Term Business Plan)
g. Provide product and pricing information. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering
h. Support improvement processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
i. Participates in required reporting processes
Qualifications
:
a. 3-5 years working experience in automotive industry is preferred.
b. EE. Engineering background, good technology understanding
c. Preferably experienced in semiconductors industry or comparable, product marketing
d. Good communication skills, high credibility
e. Good social skills and team player
f. Process and quality oriented
Major accountabilities:
a. Sales revenues
b. Design-win’s
c. Customer and competitive information
d. Team work
