1. 主动有效地通过电话访寻目标候选人；

2. 分析客户需求及目标候选人的定位；

3. 配合顾问完成对候选人的筛选和推荐；

岗位要求：

1、人力资源、心理学、营销类专业，学生会干部优先考虑；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

2、喜欢人力资源职业，刻苦耐劳热情主动，有较强的沟通应变能力和团队合作精神；　

3、口齿清晰，普通话标准；　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

4、熟练使用office等办公软件。
