北京首钢园区冬奥广场项目由美国知名房地产基金与开发商铁狮门与首钢基金合资成立的北京首狮昌泰有限公司作为改建开发主体，总规划建筑面积为16.7万平方米。作为2022年北京冬奥会配套项目：建成之后，北邻冬奥组委办公区，西靠国家体育冬训中心，东西两侧分别是首钢工业遗址公园和群明湖。计划通过资产优化方案将首钢园区进行改建与重新定位，将一个工业园遗址改建升级为高标准低密度的多元物业，打造北京城市更新经典案例。

Functional Responsibilities:

？ 负责进行项目市场战略规划，制定市场总体工作计划，组织部门人员提出市场推广、品牌提升、外联公关、营销活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案

？ 进行市场调研与分析，研究行业发展状况和趋势，定期进行市场预测及分析，为公司决策提供依据

？ 负责编制市场推广费用预算，并达成整体财务费用预算控制

？ 拟订公司整体推广策略，组织和监督实施年度市场推广计划，达成工作目标

？ 负责各项营销活动执行工作的指导与监督，活动方案及相关文件流程的审批

Essential Requirements:

？ 本科以上学历，营销策划等相关专业

？ 10年以上企划类工作经验，具有较强的广告专业知识，对品牌宣传活动策划有独特的见解

？ 熟悉企划推广相关流程及商业中心的管理

？ 深刻了解本地商业地产市场，具有创新的思维能力

？ 熟悉各类商业VI、美陈、平面广告的视觉表现

？ 熟悉商业项目的运作，与各大宣传媒介关系良好，具有一定的社会相关资源

In 2007 the firm launched its first USD-denominated fund dedicated to China, Tishman Speyer China Fund, L.P. This Fund has successfully made some exits and currently has several projects in China at various stages of development and operation across Shanghai and Chengdu.

In 2012, Tishman Speyer closed its first RMB - denominated fund and since then Tishman Speyer has successfully raised nearly 9.0 billion RMB of equity investments on the Chinese platform. Tishman Speyer currently manages 5 RMB funds in China, which include five different projects across Shanghai, Suzhou, and Shenzhen. Those projects comprise approximately 870k square meters (or 9.3 million square feet) of office, residential and retail space.
