Responsibilities:
In charge of staff costs forecasting process for all P&C brands :
o Relationship with Business HR managers and brands controllers
o Calculation of staff costs and analysis of all variances in order to help manager's decision and strategy
o Reporting to Headquarter (figures, analysis...)
o Anticipation of any external decisions that may impact staff costs (regulations, tax, benefit...)
Analysis, on a monthly basis of all variances and alert to any controller and brand manager if necessary Review and analysis of BC's package in order to
o Retain BC's and decrease turnover
o Encourage and support our best BC's
o Take into account competitors package
Follow up of and optimization of all HR reporting (internal or to P&C HQ and to LVMH)
Follow up of and optimization of all HR processes related to payroll, staff costs...
Follow up of lotus notes workflow in order to make sure that requests are created on time and in line with forecasts
Requirements:
Key competencies:
· Rigorous
· Autonomy
· Good relationship
· Ethic, transparency
· Efficiency oriented
· Ability to manage confidential information
Technical skills:
· 2-year or above related experience in finance
· Over university degree, Business Administration or Accounting major
· Fluent in English (both written and speaking).
