1、Responsible for preparing all projects' BoQ.

负责项目的装修装饰工程清单编制工作；

2、Responsible for the budget, cost projection, cost review & finalization of contract sums

负责项目装修装饰修相关的预算、结算以及进度款审核等；

3、Responsible for tenders, review and contract negotiation with vendors

负责项目装修装饰及相关材料考察及招标、评标、合同谈判等；

4、Responsible for reviews of project costing, variation orders and project completion cost.

审核公司装修装饰工程项目目标成本、签证、设计变更和竣工结算等。

任职资格：

1、Bachelor degree in QS, Construction Costing or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

工程造价、工民建等相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；

2、Familiar with Fit Outs and Renovation projects, local costing and calculation methods, with relevant site experiences and local materials market knowledge

熟悉装修装饰工程施工工艺，熟悉预算定额及其他各种计价方式，具有一定现场施工经验、熟悉各种装饰材料的市场价格；

3、Familiar with the relevant softwares and applications

熟练使用办公软件及预算软件；

4、Person of integrity, priorities and responsibilities.

为人正直、讲原则、责任心强、吃苦耐劳；

5、Possesses good communication, coordination skills and good team player.

具有良好沟通、协调能力，团队精神；

6、Candidates with good English skills are prioritized.

良好的英文读写和沟通能力者优先；
