Job description:

Brand Manager will be responsible for understanding the brand’s strategy and executing the brand marketing plan.   Assist Brand Director to develop the brand strategy and integrated marketing plan.

Key responsibility:

l  Support Brand Director on annual brand strategy and planning, identify new business opportunities and formulate execution plan.

l  To initiate and lead consumer understanding for brand communication development.  Collaborate with Consumer insight team to extract relevant consumers insights.

l  Monitoring and analyzing brand performance against goals and competitors; coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.

l  Constantly monitors the competitive environment and translates knowledge into brand plans that will create competitive advantage for their brand.

l  Ensure all brand program aspects are consistent with agreed brand foundations and in line with the brand strategy.

l  Responsible for measuring and monitoring the brand performance ongoing.

l  Lead the development of integrated marketing communication plan against the brand.

l  Build cross functions collaboration to ensure annual communication plan delivery, including BTL promotion, PR and IMC.

l  Coordinate agencies to deliver approved IMC plans

Minimum qualification:

l  Bachelor degree above.

l  Min 6 years marketing or brand management experience.

l  Mature, strong analytical capability and result oriented.

l  Strong communicator and team player, proactive and self driven

l  Proficiency in Mandarin and English
