岗位职责:

1.负责日常技术支持服务工作；

2.根据公司的技术定位和战略发展方向，与营销人员紧密配合；

3.为客户提供产品技术支持、相关解决方案及产品的技术支持服务；

4.搜集用户需求并按照用户需求编制产品推荐方案及应用解决方案；

5.负责产品技术交流、产品方案演讲及培训、竞品分析、解决方案制作；

6.负责项目售前技术规划设计、招投标方案设计、标书制作、投标及应答演示；

7.完成项目的各项售前技术支持工作，并协助营销团队完成既定销售目标；

8.同公司各部门团队协作，共同完成规定的任务和目标。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，工作经验5年以上；

2.熟悉企业级基础架构，精通服务器、网络、虚拟化、云计算等技术及产品；

3.具有快速学习能力，结果导向，和承压能力，尤其是面向客户的沟通能力；

4.工作条理性强，具有很强的责任心和团队合作精神；

5.良好的写作和口才。
