职位描述

  1. Act as the first point of contact between people and 3GCLT members with responsibility to screen and answer phone calls.
  2. Manage the supported 3 GCLT members’ Travel Budget including monthly approval process. Responsible for making travel arrangements including booking flights, reserving hotels, registering for meetings and seminars, and car rentals.
  3. Setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial in and web meetings.
  4. Prepares and maintains the business calendar.
  5. Demonstrate professional presence in order to effectively communicate with senior management from both within and outside of the company.
  6. Translate documents and as required route for timely approvals
  7. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  8. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  9. APEC Card Application
  10. Business Visa Application
  11. Foreigner Entry Application
  12. Other duties as assigned.
