Responsibilities

1. Testing team build up and training plan/schedule/roadmap/implement for testing team members.
2. EMS Manufacturing testing operation activities control and management
3. Testing process and department procedure set up and implement management.
4. RCA / Testing maintenance / calibration / Yield improvement / downtime improvement / tester buy off , etc. activities management and implement .
5. CFT team communication and team work , quality improve , customer satisfaction improvement .
6. To improve the manufacturing productivity .
7. Communication with customer for product testing issues , quality improvement .
8. Testing team budget plan and control .
Qualification/Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree above in Engineering , major in electrical or Engineering Technology.
2. More than 8 years experience in EMS Testing .
3. Good English communication skill , can make presentation in English .
4. Strong management experience.
5. Good team work spirit , initiative , creatively .
6. Familiar with C# , Labview , Teststand , etc. is better
