Job Summary

Wilton Brands is a craft and celebration leader, where great people deliver innovative products and exceptional customer service. The position of Quality Engineer reports to the Quality Manager.

Goals/Mission: Support to maintain Quality & Compliance database and manage quality inspection schedules for Asia suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Managing Quality and Compliance data input in agile system.

· Managing Quality Inspection schedule and arrangement for Asia suppliers.

· Archiving Quality Inspection reports and database.

· Managing quality and compliance audit record archive in share drive.

· Accomplish other tasks assigned by Manager of Quality and Compliance.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

· Quality control / inspection back ground in import/export required,

· Pro-active, very well organized, enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills

· Very careful and details oriented but also big-picture visionary with ability to understand how teamwork shapes results

· Good written English.

· Fast learner and willing to learn.

Education and/or experience

· Bachelor’s Degree; above 2 years related experience and/or training/ or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

· Quality Management in a Manufacturing/Engineered Product environment.

· Professional office environment. This role is sedentary in nature and requires the ability to be seated at a desk for majority of the work day.

· Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as laptop computers, computer monitors/keyboards, photocopiers and telephones.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
