工作范畴
1、熟悉产品特性和应用，为客户提供技术支持

2、提供内部技术支持、培训，及客户培训
3、收集客户需求，进行售前技术分析支持工作
4、配合海外研发人员完成项系统升级、维护等
工作要求
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2、有较强的IT知识背景
3、能够独立自主的完成本职工作，认真负责并与其他团队成员协作
4、良好的沟通能力和技巧
5、有HTML经验或从事过网络商务行业者优先考虑
