Job Descriptions:

1. Material requirement planning based on master production plan and capacity;
2. Making adjustments for material plan, in order to keep the production running smoothly;
3. Monitoring and follow-up of execution status of material plans, making analysis and adjustments accordingly;
4. Maintenance of material basic information (e.g. batch size, lead time etc.);
5. In charge of co-ordination between purchase, production, quality checking, warehouse etc.;
6. Monitoring the actual stock levels, rest-of-materials, scraps and material replacements etc., follow-up and prepare corrective suggestions;
7. Finishing all kinds of statistic reports and making summarization and analysis;
8. Get to goal of Material management.
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications Request:

1. Bachelor or above degree, in field of machine manufacturing;
2. 2 years of working experience in charge of material planning in field of machine manufacturing.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, rapid handling capability of urgent cases;
4. Excellent logical thinking & inferring capability; excellent planning capability.
5. Good sense of responsibility, details-oriented,
6. Good follow-through spirit.
7. Fluent in English reading and writing.
8. Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Office.
9. SAP / ERP Experience background should be a plus.
