Position Summary:

In this position, you need to work proactively and independently with internal function heads and project leaders to ensure successful delivery of projects. You will responsible for developing process charts, standard templates for project management. You are expected to lead cross functional communication and drive improvement for meeting KPI targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to establish the project management policies, standards, methodologies, and best practices to drive consistencies and successful project implementations.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, progress monitoring and report out.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on time delivery of KPI and metrics
• Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly project review
• Perform various analysis and report for developing business strategies.
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Degree holder
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in MNC, in the fields of supply chain, logistics, and project management is an advantage.
• Experience with manufacturing and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skill, proficiency in MS office Excel (Pivot Table), PowerPoint, Visio…etc.
• Independent and able to work under pressure, able to interact with different stakeholders across departments
• Good time management and people skills
• Willingness and ability to travel, high occasions to travel between HK and mainland China

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus
