Job description:

- Consulting towards Sales and customers on application or product related questions

- Determination of basic vacuum valves required for customer-specific application.

- Work with product manager and design engineer in HQ to develop customized products per requirement.

- Handle project technically from requirement collection, concept making, proposal providing, on-site verification, optimization until Spec. Win. 

- Create and maintain application knowledge database. And transfer to related colleagues.

- Release of latest applications to Sales and Customers.

- Provide Training to related customers on new products introduction, using, and brief trouble shooting. 

- hold technical review meeting with customer periodically on project progress, technical roadmap, customer feedback, etc.

- Technical documents preparation, proof reading for Chinese manual, brochure, flyer, and other technical advertising materials. 

- Work together with service team on complains or quality issues of products with new applications feedback from customers. 

- Market research and analysis on some dedicated application or industry. 

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in vacuum, mechanical and electrical or relevant

- 3 years+ application engineer or 5 years+ Service engineer experience in Semi, Display or industry vacuum is preferred

- Have mastered the fundamental principles of vacuum technology, and a good understanding of customer’s application.

- Fluent English and Mandarin. 

- Good communication skill and problem solving skill. 

- Highly self-motivated, creative and result orientation

- Be able to work independently under high pressure.

- be willing to travel frequently 

- be good at Excel and PowerPoint.
