深圳招聘

1. 根据brief及总体策略制定媒介策略，媒体选择及预算分配；
   2. 负责带领媒介执行团队，顺利运营线上线下的品牌推广工作，包括日常媒体投放， 公司各品牌口碑表现整理和排查，竞品动态， 活动推广后结案报告的整理
   3. 负责维护并拓展营销渠道，维护并挖掘KOL、建立完善媒体资源库，争取平台资源，增加各品牌曝光；
   4. 舆情监控和协助领导危机公关，避免全平台的负面影响
   
   任职要求: 为
   1. 在媒介代理公司（品牌方）3年以上户外或线上媒体采购执行经验（千万级）
   2. 熟悉社交网络和社交媒体（微信、微博），想法多，能够参与或创造热点话题讨论，有social媒体采购经验优先
   3. 逻辑思维能力强，对数字敏感，具较强的数据分析能力
   4、2-3年团队管理经验(>6)，良好的团队管理能力和协作精神；良好的沟通能力和应变能力，能机智灵活地应对各类型媒体、处理问题和日常事务
