1Participating in the review of manufacturing work at the beginning of R&D and design; participating in joint design works.

2、Responsible for the review of product design and output data.

3、 Responsible for the introduction of new products into small batches of auxiliary fixtures, equipment needs assessment and preparation.

4Responsible for the completion of small batch trial production of new products, and completion of some full performance tests.

5Leading the new product in the small batch and mass production stage, changing requirements, introduction test, sorting out the production summary meeting and outputting the optimization plan.

6、Developing a check of the BOM and the prototype and introducing it into the production BOM.

7Docking production, tracking problems in production, and assisting the R&D team to identify and tackle problems in the field.

8、Converting and outputting design data.

9、Evaluating and optimizing the quality of mass production in the new product introduction stage.

10、Completing the tasks of the company's superior arrangements

Requirements

1Bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering, electronics and related majors, English can be used as working language, 2 years of NPI work experience;

2Familiar with the knowledge of electronic circuits; familiar with the production process and process of electronic products, process standards;

3、Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, good reporting skills;

4、Participating in the introduction of excessive batches of products, mass production assembly and product reliability test.

5、Strong communication and coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility.
