1) According to the market quality complaint information, lead the supplier to analyze and do improvement, track and verify the improvement action until the problem is closed
2) Summarize and classify supplier problem points, make short and long term improvement plan and take action
3) Supplier continuous improvement and coaching，make sure the supplier product quality and service quality to meet ZI requirement and customer satisfaction
4) New product (NPI) tracking, cooperate with the NPI team from the perspective of quality, so that the products can get reliable quality assurance and quality certification from the design stage to the mass production process
5) Product audit (for new products or product changes)，ensure that products are adequately validated for quality in the design or change process for appearance, functionality or packaging
6) AQL of the first three batches of new products after mass production
7) Spot check when supplier quality drops suddenly, work with dig out the root cause and take corrective action
8) Supplier quality accident claim, fulfill the company's quality contract with suppliers to save the company's quality cost
9) New supplier certified quality audit, check the quality before supplier import define the new supplier certification
10) Quarterly and Annual quality audit
11) Establish project quality control plan, make the quality can control from raw material to final products.
12) Supplier quality report review, and supplier factory process non-regular audit 
13) Assist quality manager to prepare necessary procedure documents and operation instructions
14) Other tasks assigned by quality manager
