工作职责 Job Responsibility

● 负责日常安全审核工作；

Responsible for routine internal security compliance audits.

● 跟进完成不符合事项；调查，分析事故以预防再发生；完成相关的记录和报告。

Follow up non-conformities to closure. Investigate, analyze security risks and incidents to prevent recurrences; prepare relevant records and reports.

● 安全体系文件和记录的保存和整理

Filing of security management system documents and records.

● 与安全管理相关的文书工作；

Clerical works related to security.

● 部门经理指派的其他任务

Other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

所需才能及标准 Competence & Criteria Required

● 了解安全管理标准，掌握安全流程及安全要求；

Familiar with security management standard, proficient in security process and requirement;

● 能熟练的操作电脑。

proficient in PC operation, good skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

职位要求 Position Requirements

l 教育背景 Education Background

高中或大专。

High school or college.

l 工作经验 Working Experience

1年或以上智能卡行业的工作经验。

1 year or above experience in Smart Card industrial.

l 专业知识 Professional Skills

了解安全管理标准，掌握安全流程及安全要求；能熟练的操作电脑，熟悉MS Word, Excel及outlook。

Familiar with security management standard, proficient in security process and requirement; proficient in PC operation, good skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

l 语言能力 Language Ability

普通话流利，能读写常用的、简单的英语。

Fluent Mandarin, able to read and write simple basic English in common use.

l 其它 Others
