岗位职责：

1. 完善代工厂SMT质量控制体系，明确质量目标，不断提高质量管理水平，

2. 2.负责通报代工厂SMT质量异常，督促代工厂责任部门制订改善计划，追踪改善结果，

3.负责与代工厂对接质量工作，处理工厂端的质量异常，

4.制订质量风险预防方法，优化SMT制程工艺，品质异常分析及预防改善，

5.负责每日TOP5主导召开落实问题分解追踪关闭；每周、每月质量会议主导总结及异常通报；

6.负责对代工厂品质做出判定，产品质量管理，持续改善。

任职资格：

1.熟练IPC-610D标准，及质量管理和环境体系，

2.熟悉SMT产品生产工艺流程，SMT的品质改善方法，

3.较强的品质异常分析能力及解决问题能力，

4.较强的执行能力，良好的沟通能力，

5.大专以上学历；三年以上同岗位工作经验
