Shipping and Logistic Work responsibilities

1. Follow up all shipment arrangement shipped from office and from suppliers.跟进所有从办公室和供应商发货的安排
2. coordinate with the internal colleague, the factory and the forwarder to arrange the booking. Air and sea shipment.和内部同事，工厂和货代协调空运和海运订舱安排事宜。
3. Arranging DHL, UPS, TNT FedEx and other curriers per requirements. 根据要求安排DHL、UPS、TNT FedEx
4. Make the relevant shipping doc to the client and issue the related shipping schedule 向客户制作相关的装运单据并发布相关的装运时间表
5. Follow up import material issue.跟进进口材料事务
6. Follow up logistic issue, related to truck and transportation跟进物流，有关卡车和运输方面的事务
7. Other issues under shipping and Logistics issue that will be required. 其他有关船务和物流方面的事务

Requirement:　要求

1. With 2-4 years shipping relative working experience.2-4年船务工作经验

2. Be familiar with the shipping procedure, customs clearance and all shipping full documents knowledge of Import & Export.

熟悉进出口业务流程、报关及相关单证知识

2. Familiar with office software (like Excel, Word, PPT) .熟悉办公软件操作

3. Good summarized and writing ability .　良好的总结及写作能力

4. Good negotiate and Coordination ability, careful and patient，良好的谈判及合作能力，细心有耐心

5. Good team work，良好团队合作精神

6. Good English (oral/writing listening).良好英语

7. It is part time job. For maternal leave from June-December 2019.
