As a key member of the Memory Product Solution, you will be responsible for world-leading 3D NAND flash product development on industry leading ATE platforms. Candidate should have a strong understanding of ATE S/W & H/W development process, 3D NAND flash product architecture, IC Characterization and Qualification. An ideal ATE Test Development engineer should also be a highly motivated, focused, fast learner and team player with good communication skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Program development on multiple ATE platforms including ADV T5831/T5833/T5773, Teradyne Magnum, Innotech Smartester and etc.

- 3D NAND Flash test methodology design and development according to design specification/datasheets, FA results from the first silicon to HVM.

- Product specific flow creation and integration to meet HVM requirements.

- Engineering investigation and resolution on design/process/packaging issues on ATE platforms.

- RMA failure mode analysis and screen coverage improvements on ATE platforms.

- Test data correlation between ATE and other platform.

- Yield enhancement and test time optimization on ATE

- Collaboration across multiple departments such as PE, DEV, PKG and Design.

- In case of urgent situation, you need to meet the project deadline as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Electric Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Memory test and DFT, such as BIST, functional vectors, Memory repair, IDDQ, etc.

- Experience with memory testing on the Advantest T5xxx Experience or Teradyne Magnum.

- Experience with ATE HW development Experience with high volume production testing of Memory devices.

- Experience with statistical analysis in semiconductor test development.

- Experience with Java or C/C++ program development
