设备维修主管Equipment Maintenance-熟自动化优先

工作职责：

1. 制定并优化设备管理程序，包括设备的分类，详细的预防性维修及纠正维修内容，设备备品备件的管理，及维修记录的管理；
2. 领导及教练维修团队处理设备故障，保证设备正常运转，减少对使用部门的影响，提高生产效率；
3. 负责制订和完善日/周/月预防性维修计划及日常维修管理工作,并监督所有的维修工作按计划顺利实施；
4. 负责日常备品备件的采购、保存及库存管理；
5. 负责分析设备故障，执行长期和短期行动计划，对设备作优化，以期提高设备运作的安全性及设备的易操作性、减少对环境的影响（如粉尘及噪声）、控制对产品质量的影响；
6. 负责工厂内所用设备和基础设施的优化，收集设备相关信息，提出对设备的增加和修改方案讨论并跟踪实施；
7. 负责工厂TPM项目，主动与相关部门配合，提高设备使用者的设备知识及设备管理意识；
8. 按公司ISO规定的管理，部门内的事务，并配合EHS部门参与不符合项的整改行动并落实跟踪；
9. 负责给维修人员制定并跟进培训计划，教练并考核员工，提高员工的综合素质，提高维修部门的工作质量及效率；
10. 根据公司的持续改善要求，参与到相关的所有项目中，并按计划完成对应的内容；
11. 协助部门经理完成其它的工作任务。

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，机电相关专业；
2. 至少有5年设备维修工作经验，有自动化和非标工作经验优先
3. 熟悉机电仪设备方面的运行管控知识；
4. 工作态度端正，吃苦耐劳，为人正直、细致、认真、谨慎，责任心强，具备很强的组织性和纪律性；
5. 具有较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力与创新精神，有良好的团队合作意识。
