亚太区间接物料采购中心-市场服务采购经理（媒介购买/市场服务类采购/IT采购）-有FMCG快速消费品行业经验优先

Marketing Service Procurement Manager-APAC MRO Sourcing Center

工作职责：

1.主导亚太区市场部采购项目，针对新媒体营销（New Media）进行采购项目的招标、合作洽谈、供应商的筛选评估、预算费用控制，管理新媒体如：网络杂志、博客、微信等新兴的媒体；

2.协助亚太区MRO（间接物料）采购总监筹划、搭建部门项目管理体系，执行项目管理标准流程（SOP）；

3.统筹并协调好内外部沟通，内部对接全国市场部、公关部、IT部等部门，深入了解其需求，并负责相关采购项目的管理工作；

4.针对亚太区重点采购项目进行风险把控，保证采购项目在合理的成本下按时保质完成；

5.进一步完善供应商管理评估体系，审核初选供应商，推进优质供应商年度评估，对重点供应商关系进行管理。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，至少3年以上采购部工作经验，熟悉采购流程；

2.有较丰富的新项目开发经验，对成本控制、供应商开发、管理，风险控制以及合同谈判都较为擅长；

3.有知名快速消费品或日用品行业经验优先考虑；

4.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通技巧；

5.抗压能力强，有较强领导力；

6.熟练运用Office 办公软件。
