MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

Assist Sales Manager on daily work and provide support to sales team

l  Data process: any related sales report

l  Filing and administrative work

l  Cross function communication

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

-          Data collecting and processing: regular sales report, department store ranking and any relative charts

-          Order processing for counter and counter stock report

-          Filing contractor filing, fax and document receipt from field and any relative filling job

-          Administrative work: meeting and travel arrange, ticket and hotel booking, expense collection and filling

-          Cross function communication: assist sales team to coordinate with other divisions.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

-          Experience in relative position at least 2 years

-          Skilled in data processing with micro software

-          Good sense of figure

-          Skilled in filling

-          Good ability in travel/meeting arrangement

-          Good in English both for spoken and written

-          Good communication skills

    Extroverted, well organized

   Willing to learn

   Attitude of “can do”/”make it happen”

   Good sense of teamwork
