职位描述
财务分析及流程优化经理-付款组
？工作目的描述
l 根据各项财务规章、制度及程序，基于公司的日常业务营运需求，协助付款组经理合理组织及安排各项款项的支付，并建立及维护良好的内部控制体系，确保公司各项政策的有效执行，以保证公司财产的安全。
？主要职责
l 协助制定及完善小组培训及内部质量控制体系；
l 监控小组作业流程，通过分析发现问题并解决；
l 持续进行业务流程的优化及自动化，以简化流程，提高效率；
l 完善相关会计科目的数据分析，以确保准确、及时及完整的记录会计业务；
l 协助修订及完善相关财务政策及优化核心业务流程。
？工作关系
l 内部：与财务部各职能小组、店铺及各职能部门沟通，以确保业务流程的顺畅实施；
l 外部：与供应商联系，以确保发票的回收及款项的准确、及时支付。
？该职位人选最需具备的三项才能要素
l 领导力 创新能力 分析型思考
？实现该职位目标所需要的专业技能、知识和工作经验
l 本科或以上学历，主修会计类或审计类相关专业；
l 至少5年大型企业财会/四大会计师事务所的审计或咨询从业经验，包括1~2年的管理经验；
l 熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件，对熟悉财务软件或ERP系统；
l 良好的英文表达能力（CET6或具同等水平），
l 具良好的沟通协调能力，处事冷静、细心。
