JOB DESCRIPTION：

Develop and implement New project development Industrialization
management. Ensure the consistency and lead the
industrialization of various business models projects (quality, service, lead
time, costs and capital engaged, and achieving the expected Time to Market); Analyze the Marketing inputs and translate them into industrial data;
Influence the design of the products from the most upstream phases of the Offer
Creation Process: Simultaneous and collaborative design of products, processes
and flows; Lead the global Supply Chain design in
collaboration with Supply Chain deployment, purchasing and downstream supply
chain; Lead the design and Implementation of manufacturing processes for new
offers; Manage the manufacturing process and flow qualification in
collaboration with Supply Chain region including manufacturing plants in order
to prepare a successful industrial transfer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

New
PMP project Industrialization projects management

• Functional link with
  New project development Program Manager for their daily contribution to
  the project.


• New project
  Industrialization Capex, Resource, Quality management.


• Follow up with
  Assembly, Quality, Automatic Test, Tooling, Qualification team for the new
  projects release to global factory


• New development
  global Supply Chain design in collaboration with Supply Chain deployment,
  purchasing and downstream supply chain.


• Manage the
  manufacturing process and flow qualification in collaboration with Supply
  Chain region including manufacturing plants to prepare a successful
  industrial transfer.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

ODM project industrialization management

• Be the representative of the Industrialization team and responsible for
  industrialization activities for NPI projects by leading team members from
  engineering team, industrial engineering and 1st tier supplier’s
  industrialization team.

• Lead risk assessment
  and lesson learned on industrialization part of NPI project at beginning
  and closing.


• Leading on DFX (DFM,
  DFA, DFT & DFP), PFEMA and CTQ definition for NPI project with
  supporting from Assembly, Quality, Automatic Test, Tooling and design
  team.


• New development
  global Supply Chain design in collaboration with Supply Chain deployment,
  purchasing and downstream supply chain.


• Manage the
  manufacturing process/flow qualification

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:

·         8 + years of experience in new projects
manufacturing management

·         5+ years of experience in Manufacturing process,
Assembly Engineering.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:

• Process knowledge and competence in manufacturing environment

• Working experience in NPI, productivity improvement and problem solving

• Capability of leading PFMEA/DFX and able to coach supplier when it is
  needed

• Take ownership and focus on result

• Open mind, collaborate and leverage team member to achieve success

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and
  industrial engineering


• Knowledge of cooling, air conditioner is a plus


• Fluent oral English and writing


• Traveling (approx. 20-30%) is required.
