2.通过数据分析和用户研究，优化增长漏斗

3.通过数据分析和市场研究，以确定产品的增长机会

要求：

1.本科及以上学历，有海外背景优先

2.3年以上增长产品相关工作经验，高科技金融公司优先

3.熟练运用数据工具（SQL，Tableau），数据驱动，有可证实的成功经验为优

4.对美国新兴金融科技市场有深刻洞察并饱含激情

5.以目标为导向，具有业务需求分析能力并提供有效解决方案

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Promote product growth by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features

2.Optimize growth funnels through data analysis and user research

3.Conduct comprehensive data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities for the product

4.Collaborate with various teams across the company such as Engineering, Marketing, Design, Content, and others to support product growth

REQUIREMENTS

1.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

2.3+ years of experience in product management- preferably with a focus on high-tech, finance, and internet products

3.Proven track record of delivering good growth results Data-driven, familiar with SQL, Tableau and similar techniques

4.Comprehensive knowledge of the fintech markets in the US Passion for online trading products

5.Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive, experience in translating business requirements to analytical requirements & solutions.

6.High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
