About the Role: 

We're looking for a Shenzhen logistics operation leader who will have accountability for transportation, warehouse management, material handling and logistics service provider management. A primary responsibility is to ensure that the businesses and functions receive the maximum value to meet their objectives. The leader will also provide direction and oversight, and drive the performance management, talent planning while creating a team environment that engages associates.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to Shenzhen logistics operation team; 
• Ensure we have appropriate process, metrics and efficient logistics operation in transportation, warehouse management and material handling in supporting cross division business requirements in Shenzhen cluster;
• Identify gap, improvement opportunity, initiate projects to enhance logistics capability and bring value to supply chain; 
• Implement enterprise logistics strategy and metrics in Shenzhen cluster;
• Closely partner with supply chain teams to deliver business result;
• Assess team's capability, resource constrains, and responsible for associates performance and development;
• Accountability, partnership and positive influence related function peers to eliminate the barriers and achieve business goal;
• Culture role model and create an environment to encourage associate practice culture, build trust relationship, team work etc. 

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or business
• +8 years related experience in transportation, warehouse management, logistics and supply chain
• A proven record of building, developing and leading teams in a diversity environment including change management.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation process, industry standards and best practices
• Knowledge of logistics information system (ERP, TMS and WMS)
• Ability to drive function or cross function project
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization
• Proactive, ability to organize, structure and prioritize multiple tasks 
• Analytical, open minded & innovative thinking
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
