工作内容：

1、负责公司阿里巴巴国际站店铺的整体运营，规划，推广工作，提高产品的曝光率与点击率，增加询盘；

2、负责产品上下架编辑工作，把握店铺和整体装修风格；
3、通过阿里巴巴后台等各种渠道收集行业热门关键词，拓展精准关键词；
4、对网站系统数据库进行管理和分析，组织优化管理， 提出行之有效改进方案；
5、统计和分析产品的销售数据，收集和分析市场情报，制定营销计划。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，英语六级以上读写能力，能用英语邮件沟通；
2、有2年以上阿里巴巴国际站一线实操经验，熟悉阿里巴巴国际站规则和营销推广技巧；
3、具备较强的客户沟通技巧，逻辑思维清晰，熟悉信保订单相关流程；
4、有能力担当项目策划实施，能够领导运营小团队。会主动寻找高效率工具和方法，认真、踏实，责任心强；

5、电脑使用熟练，需要有国际站成功运营的案例。

福利待遇：

1、工作时间：7.5h/天，大小周，月休6天，享受国家法定节假日;

2、工资待遇：10-15k，薪资模式：底薪+绩效+提成+奖金+其他福利待遇；
