职位描述 Position Description

1. Responsible for new vehicle/ window project, Filling & Bench test process making, follow up test process and solve the test program problem 负责新车型、改款车型，加注&检测线检测工艺文件制定，跟踪检测过程，解决检测程序问题
2. Responsible for maintaining Filling & Bench test program during product life cycle: including ECR, degrade implementation 负责车型生命周期内加注&检测线检测程序的维护，包括工程变更，降级模式实施
3. Responsible for Filling & Bench equipment system upgrade, problem root cause analysis and troubleshoot during project phase  负责项目阶段加注&检测线设备系统升级，问题根本原因分析、解决
4. 4、Responsible for writing Filling & Bench test weekly report, reviewing the quality defects, improving FPY( first pass yield) 负责编写加注&检测线周报，回顾质量问题，提升一次通过率
5. Responsible for coordinating upstream or downstream of Filling & Bench test equipment system: such as ERP, MES, QBI system, ensure the process smooth implementation 负责协调上下游部门和系统：如ERP、MES、质量管理系统，保证项目顺利推进。

任职资格Qualification

3 years minimum  in Bench or Filling area, have related projects experience 在检测线或加注机领域至少有3年相关经验

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
