About the company:

This is a multinational listed company in electronics industry in Shenzhen, and due to its innovation, they received more automotive orders. This role are new due to its rapid progress this years.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

• Manage IQC, IPQC & FQC team, and use all kinds of quality tools to upgrade its quality level and meet clients’ standard- P-FMEA , COQ, CoPQ , SPC, R@R, Gauge R&R, Run charts, Yields data processing, RCA, 8D, etc
• Support SQE by identifying part to monitor and key ‘At Risk’ to quality criteria
• Responsible for Customers quality requirements such as QP’s, CTQ’s, PPAP’s
• Set KPI for team members, and review their performance relatively

 

Main requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5-10 years’ quality experiences in multinational manufacturing industry. Candidates from automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3, qualified auditor is preferred
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates from a diversified working environment is a plus
