About the company:

This is a rapid growing EU manufacturing company in automotive industry, with 1000 people in DG. This role is a new position, report to Group CI manager in Shanghai, in order to improve the continuous improvement in DG site

Main responsibilities:

·         Implement Six sigma training plan in DG Site and select six sigma green belt candidates

·         Monitor & support quality continuous improvements in key metrics

·         Set the six-sigma plan and implement six sigma project under the guidance of group

Main requirements:

·          Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in Mechanical Engineering.

·         At Least 5-10 years six sigma training and six sigma project implement

·         Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

·         Nice communication skill and interpersonal skills

·         Fluent oral English. Could work under high pressure
