1、负责淘宝店的日常运营、管理、对销售结果负责； 

2、负责店铺商品管理，包括上下架、库存、及商品日常权重优化；

 3、负责店铺流量导入，包括直通车、钻展、淘客、自然搜索及其他免费/付费流量； 

4、负责执行或策划店铺营销节奏，实现店铺或商品阶段性的销售目标； 

5、负责店铺运营数据整理与问题分析，制定可行的优化方案。

 任职要求：

 1、大专以上学历，有一年以上淘宝运营经验；

 2、要求独立负责淘宝店铺；

 3、善于数据分析，熟悉数据收集渠道，掌握数据魔方等网店统计工具，能从数据中找到薄弱环节，做出针对性的改善方案； 

4、性格乐观、正能量、执行力好、具备团队合作精神，有一定的抗压能力。
