主导及开发工程解决方案，以达到或超过生产质量、可靠性、可用性和生产力目标。

计划和协调生产工程流程，审查工具和夹具，并提供生产支持，以生产高质量的产品。

对新产品的引入进行可制造性评估（DFM）。

监控工程变更并审查GOLDEN SAMPLE。

分析并启动与生产效率和生产流程问题相关的预防措施。

协助开发改进过程，有效利用设备和材料，为生产自动化提供建议，最大限度地提高生产效率。

通过分析布局、劳动力、设备、驾驶员和设备利用率图表，确定资源的有效利用率。

通过与供应商谈判和确定创新解决方案，减少成本和交付周期

建立稳定产程流程。

要求：

相关工程专业学士学位（工业/制造/电子）

至少5年电子制造、工艺、工业工程或相关领域的实践经验

必须具备APQP、PPAP、PFMEA和DFM方面的工作知识。

通过良好的技术判断和技术解决制造问题的能力

经验稍浅的候选人将被视为生产工程师。

良好的英语和汉语（普通话）口语和书面沟通能力

自我激励、积极主动、有主人翁意识和良好的时间管理技能

需要经常前往中国和东南亚

在压力下具有批判性思维和解决问题的能力

Responsibilities:

· Developing/leading engineering solutions to meet or exceed quality, reliability availability and productivity goals.

· Plan and coordinate production engineering processes, review tool and fixture and provide production support to produce high quality products.

· Perform manufacturability assessments (DFM) for new products introduction.

· Monitor engineering changes and review golden sample.

· Analyze and initiate preventative actions relative to production efficiency and production flow issues.

· Assist to develop the improvement processes to effectively utilize equipment and materials, provide suggestion for production automation to maximize production.

· Determines efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force, equipment, driver and equipment utilization charts

· Reducing Cost and Lead Time by negotiating with suppliers and identifying innovative solutions

· Establishing process for Sustaining Operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in related Engineering discipline (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electronic)

· Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Electronic manufacturing, process, industrial engineering or related field

· Working Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and DFM is a must.

· Proven ability to solve manufacturing problems using good technical judgment and technique

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Engineer

· Great interpersonal communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Self-Motivated, Proactive, sense of ownership and good time-management skills

· Frequent travel to China and Southeast Asia is required

· Critical thinker and problem solving skills under pressure
